There are so many cuts in the health care industry which is horrible, can you tell us why Alberta Health is taking over the psycholgy and healthcare units in the jails across the province in Apr 1010. I gather this will be even harder on thier budjets. Would they not be better off using this money to help the own in the health care area, how do they justify the current hold on hiring but can go ahead and take on something that will affect the healthcare system even more
